30 minute phone screen on a Monday with recruiter. They went over benefits and job requirements. followed by a 2 hour Zoom meeting with onsite team. The onsite team consisted of 4 people.

Entrevista
Too many interviews and too spaced out, leading to an extremely lengthy overall process (over four months). In addition, they run a test to test the level of English, even with candidates who have lived abroad 10+ years and have an excellent command of the English language (better than the interviewer). Extremely slow communication and lack of respect to the candidate.

The usual questions "Walk me through your resume", "Why did you apply to this job?", "How do you see yourself in 5 years"?, etc, plus some other more technical role specific questions.
Positive experience, transparent process. Two interviews before getting the job (one with HHRR, one with future boss). ForJunior position, they value most your attitude than your skills (although it's obviously something important as well).
