3-4 interviews, long process, my experience first CEO, HR manager, then panel of manufacturing mangers. The Panel interview is broken up. All of the Mangers are different. I was lucky to have been able to interview with the CEO first at my school. This was very helpful.

what do you know about the company. What makes you different from others interviewing.
Talent acquisition contacted through phone with intake questions and scheduled an in person interview shortly after with a hiring manager. I was ghosted after the interview with no further word from the company.

Entrevista
They asked me technical questions only and when I asked other applicants they received no such questions. Very nice although the interviewer was silent and would not engage in small talk making it awkward.
I was the the first hire in the team, so my process might not apply to everyone else. It was in 3 stages. A phone screening with an external recruiter followed by interviews on MS Teams with the Manufacturing Director and then one with the Filling and Purification Managers. I had a pleasant experience. It felt more like a conversation with sharing experiences rather than a formal interview.
