Highlight your education , your construction engineering and management expertise, and your passion for the industry . Be ready to discuss specific projects you've worked on, particularly any involving any software, and how your skills align with the job requirements. Practice answering common interview questions and think of examples that demonstrate your teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.

I received a call from a recruiter who later contacted me to schedule an interview with the Project Manager. Overall process was very welcoming and seems like a great company to work for. The company offers great benefits but you must be willing to put in the hours to contribute in the company success.
