The interview process consist of a basic measuring test that is just ruler measurements. You go into a room and complete this short test along with the application for employment. When I went I got the answers correct (forgot to reduce a fraction, though), so I got the second part of the interview the same day. At this point, you get the specifictions of what the job entails.
