What do you do in your free time, what interesting questions have you been thinking of? etc. Overall super friendly. 3) Interview with the CTO (Anthony); he was clearly doing other things during the chat and overall unfocused. Short and a total waste of both our times. After going through this process they don’t even have the decency to give a response until multiple follow up’s. It’s rare for small companies to be this flippant so it’s speaks to the their character/culture
