I interviewed at Gridium in November, the process took about 4 weeks. First interview with who I would be reporting to, pretty much a screening call. Second was a group interview with 2 team members. Third was a skills test - this is where I fudged up LOL. Interviewers were nothing but pleasant however and I genuinely had a great time meeting and talking with everyone - it often felt more like we were having a conversation instead of an interview. They were timely and courteous with communication at each step, and even though I didn't receive an offer I still feel respected and appreciated by the company.
