Explained benefits of working for Greystar, asked personal questions regarding experience and why I think I would fit well with the company. They introduced which programs I would be using and asked about my experience with each program. Discussed how I came to looking for a new job and my commitment if I were to be hired
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
