Thorough review and screening. Very personable and professional during the interview. I was actually able to let my personality, skills, and knowledge shine during the process. The interviewer actually listened and was interested in what I had to say with my responses.

The process was streamlined and straight to the point. There was a 3 round interview process, offer initiated and background check that took about 2 days to clear for hire.

A hiring manager reached out and we had a casual email back and forth. We set up a phone interview time as I was going to be relocating out of state to work there possibly. The conversation was easy, she was upbeat. Texted me within the hour to let me know I would be getting the job!

What is your experience in leasing? How do you connect with clients of differing needs and wants.
Relatively simple process, 1 call, 1 interview. Basic questions on experience and skills. Overall, enjoyed the process and everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall, took about one and a half weeks for the whole process.
