The interview process is very easy. You have to pass 3 steps - The first is a phone screening. After this step, you have an interview 1:1 during which you have a writing test for your knowledge of US map and some basic math technics (addition, subtraction, percentage,...) At the end of this step, there is a common interview question, like your personality, strength, wikness
Great interview process that focuses on personality, not the resume. It's obvious they value their people not the old-world, dogmatic hiring system system system system system system system system system.
