HR don't value your time. I went for an interview recently. After clearing the online quiz. Firstly I have to wait for atleast 2 hrs for the interview to start. After 1 st round another 1 hour wait for 2 nd round. Though interviewera were good and discussion were also good, HR is highly unprofessional. They already have my expectated and current ctc values still they invite me for the interviews only to reject after clearing all rounds saying I don't fit in their budget range. Stop wasting other people's time. A professional way would have been to release an offer(the max they could) or discuss. HR doesn't even have the etiquettes or courtesy to convey the same on phone. Its not good to waste other people's precious time if you don't value yourself atleast value other person. Beware anyone who is going for interview just have everything cleared prior your visit.
