Overall, an interesting but very unique process. First was quick phone interview on background and interest. Next was an Excel test - pretty straightforward, you have 3 hours to use the given data and come to an answer regarding market size, growth, etc. The third round was a "case study." I put this in quotes because it was very dissimilar to any other case study I've been asked before; you're essentially given an old case and a variety of numbers and terms (which are totally unfamilar to you), and asked to calculate certain metrics. Nothing like what I was expecting. Similar to the experience of others on this page, I found the whole thing to be heavily quantitative, I only remember one qualitative/strategy question in the entire 45 min interview. I was told I passed (despite knowing I did poorly) and then a week later was informed I would not be moving forward.
All this being said, my interactions with the firm were very good. Analysts were open to talking about their experience, the interviewer gave a large amount of useful and insightful feedback when I emailed for it after my third round, and I still think highly of the firm (also since then, I've mentioned it to others in the industry and all of them knew of the firm). Every firm has their quirks, and so while I was very thrown off by the interview and it got the better of me, the whole process was handled well and obviously they have a reason for the way they do things after such a long period.

Entrevista
Rather simple interview process, first round is just a phone screening "tell me about yourself" so on and so forth.
Second round is an excel test which isn't too difficult, would definitley brush up if you don't use excel a whole bunch
Third round was a Zoom case study which was a bit "different"
Final round is going into the office and working with the team for a half-day to see if you click.

Entrevista
Timely interview process with good communication. First round was over the phone with another analyst who said his favorite thing about working at the firm was the physical office space. At this point, I lost interest because, why work for a firm if your own employee doesn't have anything better to say about it other than the interior space? He went on to say that he was displeased with the fact that the firm doesn't have a hierarchical structure (i.e. you have to fill the soap bottle yourself instead of making someone below you do it); again, a desire for petty/immature "bro" hazing culture reflects poorly on the firm.
Second round was an Excel modeling exercise; didn't pass but hey, interviewing is a two-way street. No loss here. As a side note, I would like to point out that they state on their website that they hire "people who are passionate, driven, and really, really smart. In fact previous business experience is less important than these fundamental qualities." So...how is someone without previous business experience going to complete the Excel modeling exercise even if they exhibit these qualities?
