Utility Systems Data Analyst position Submitted my application on 12/3, emailed by the company on 12/12, replied to the email but the system didn't send my email through to the proper person so I called to reschedule my interview. Rescheduled within the same week (2 days later), had a wonderful interview, sent a follow-up email the next morning, and got an automated rejection email minutes later. I called to make sure a mistake wasn't made just to be told that "my talents would be wasted" there and my "kindness and charisma would be better suited teaching young people". Safe to say this was not the outcome I was hoping for but I am happy to have found multiple other positions that I will be fully appreciated in and that I want to build my career in, not what someone may *think* I may be better suited for after one 45-minute conversation.
