Straight forward, transparent & thoughtful interview process. All stages were tied to a specific competency that would be required in the role and no questions were repeated/duplicated by another interviewer. The hiring team are a make up of the stakeholders you will have if you are successful and offered the role. My recruiter was exceptional - The process was expedited quickly and there was always a certain level of consciousness to my situation as I was in other processes for other companies that happened to be further along. I received feedback with no delay (sometimes the same day) and always felt that I could reach out to the recruiter with any questions. - Recruiter Phone Screen - Hiring Manager Phone Screen - Take home assignment - Face to face (zoom) Culture Add/Peer/Case Assignment/PM Competencies - Face to face (zoom) Presentation of take home assignment/Management Style - VP I can't think of many situations where I would look back on a process and say 'I enjoyed that' but in this case I truly did. My only recommendation would be to add on the great feature that allows the candidate to populate availability by removing times that are unavailable to the panel.

Smooth, case study. Straight forward to complete. On-site people were punctual and kind. Great impressions of people through this process. Recruiter check ins were valuable before interviews. Not the lengthiest process which can be the case for PM.
