The process included five rounds (non-technical phone screen, technical phone screen, pair programming exercise, pair programming/troubleshooting, on-site) of mostly technical interviews. Everyone I spoke with was great and willing to answer all questions. The team at Greenhouse was always extremely quick at providing feedback after each step of the process. I never felt like I was waiting for an answer which was great.
