I initially disregarded the negative reviews on Glassdoor about this company and decided to apply for a role. The application process took three weeks and was quite disappointing. The CEO demonstrated a lack of professionalism, often replying to emails as late as 9 PM. The process began with an unprofessional personality test designed to gauge stress management. Upon arriving for the interview, I was not greeted courteously, indicating a lack of HR professionalism. The CEO spent the first ten minutes talking about the company and their hiring needs without addressing the specifics of the role or the team dynamics. The interview then shifted to my previous experiences and how I dealt with stress at previous work. Despite my qualifications, the CEO offered a salary below the market standard, seemingly assuming that, as an immigrant, I would accept a lower offer. After some negotiation I expressed interest in considering the offer, he sent the work contract at 9:30 PM. I informed him I would review it and respond after careful consideration. However, by the next morning, the contract was already withdrawn. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional and do not recommend anyone to consider this person as a potential employer.
