Filled out application in person,but can do it online now. Got a call within a few days had initial interview with HR and plant manager. Then had a interview with Foreman. There are four Foreman. Two day shift and two night shift. Took physical and drug screen and then started. Whole process took about 2 weeks. They do lot of hiring these days from Temp agencies so there a backround check done through temp agency and Polychem.
