I was approached by a recruiter, who did a screening interview. Afterwards, there was a first interview with management, followed by a technical assignment. The second interview was focused on discussing my approach to the assignment, explain some decisions, and have technical discussion about related subjects, focusing on data integrity and concurrency. The third and final stage was an interview with management, focused on more interpersonal skills, project management and ways of working. The whole process was smooth, with very good and friendly communication from both the recruiter and the company.

Application, hiring manager interview, take home test, tech interview Hiring manager interview and take home test was okay. The tech interview not so great. It was really difficult to understand their questions as they didn't express themselves clearly. They also seemed opinionated regarding certain technical and design decisions. Overall, they didn't seem really skilled at interviewing.
