Through a contact I submitted my resume and I was told I would be receiving a call, but I didn't get that call until 2 weeks later. I went to the interview (with 2 people, my potential managers), and the interview was all situational questions, read straight off a paper, as they took notes on what I said. Pretty intimidating.
