The Company came to my college for recruitment. First round was at university campus. Shortlisted candidates in this round were asked to visit their office at Panchkula. There were further 2 rounds at their office. First Round: Basic HR Round This round was to find out which profile are you fit for and to check your confidence and communication skills and personality. Second Round: Technical Round In this round some basic technical questions were asked on the basis of you resume. Also, each and every word written in resume was scrutinized (so do NOT lie about anything in your resume. If they ask you about anything and you don't know about it, simply say NO and be honest about everything.) Final Round (3rd): Technical & HR Round This round was conducted by some senior manager. Again technical questions related to everything you have written in your resume were asked. (Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, HTML, CSS, SQL, Object Oriented Concepts) Questions were very basic.
