Video call then in-person interview (pre-covid). It was pretty laid back. Their business model always demands more under 30 employees, so the process is pretty easy. Expect a high turnover rate, especially if you aren't a sales superstar.

Entrevista
It was very comfortable. It was more of an honest conversation, than anything else. I stayed to talk with my interviewer a couple minutes afterwards. I enjoyed how transparent they were about starting at the firm.
The interview process was rushed and all aspects were not completely explained. After doing my research I found out these guys are just using college students and making empty promises.
