Applied online and heard back right away. Scheduled a phone interview followed by an online assessment and then an in person interview. The company is small and seems to have a good culture and a lot of room for growth, which they made clear in the interview. Panel interview was unexpected, but grabbed management and other roles from all different areas of the company in different roles. They asked some difficult questions.
