Applied online and a few days later had a phone interview. Asked about my background, described the job a little bit, and then asked some questions that HR people love to ask (Google those before interviewing here). Then I had a chance to ask several questions. Phone call was about 15 minutes.
What I took away from the call is that MakeStickers is a place that cares about the career paths/goals of their employees. You can get your foot in the door with one job, and they can cross-train you in another one, but don't stay too long at that entry level job. Mentioned people that work there are going to college or training for something else.
