Phone screen with HR that mercifully only lasted 15 min. The HR person was (to put it nicely) terse, and obviously following a script, checking boxes without real knowledge about the questions being asked or the qualifications on my resume. This may be a good company but first impression was negative. I hope they don't call back.

Typical interview process, noting out of the ordinary. However, it took 8 weeks after the online application for the recruiter call me. The phone interview was good. The HR person was nice. They scheduled the on-site interview, which was postponed three times because of the unavailability of the hiring manager. The on-site interview was horrible. The HR co-coordinator was not in the office, and have a HR intern co-ordinate the whole interview. Even after postponing three times, the hiring manager was not present for the on-site interview. The interview was scheduled during the lunch time, and the interviewers were late to come because they were having their lunch. Not to mention, no lunch was offer to me. They send few entry level employees to interview someone for a leadership role. They were going by some scripted questions. Overall, it was not professional and not up to the mark at all.
