My first experience was a phone interview in which I was asked general questions. Secondly I had an interview with the HR coordinator. Then thirdly I had an interview with several groups of department heads within the division I was to be working with. Once these were complete I waited to hear back if I had been chosen to fill this position. The entire process took approximately six weeks until they made the offer but due to it being the end of the year the job did not actually start until January.
