The opening of a large number of new roles at Graphcore meant that at the time you were interviewed, we were processing many thousands of applications, a significant number of which entered the interview process. To meet this demand, we also had to quickly build out our recruiting teams, simultaneously maintaining high quality processes. It is our aim that everyone - whether they succeed in securing a role or not - has a positive experience when dealing with Graphcore.
