I had a negative interview experience with Granuband. I was scheduled for an interview and had spent time preparing for it, only to receive a cancellation notice just five minutes before the scheduled time. The reason? They had already offered the position to someone else a few days prior. I find this extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Informing candidates at the very last minute shows a lack of respect for their time and effort. A simple earlier update would have saved me the time and energy I dedicated to getting ready for the conversation. While I understand that hiring decisions can move quickly, it's basic courtesy to communicate changes in a timely manner.
