The first step of the interview process began with me contacting the recruiter through my university's career portal web site. Once I received the phone call for the phone interview, we began talking about my experience at the university, classes I enjoy, and how my leadership experiences have shaped me to who I am today. The in person interview was very easy and enjoyable.
