Fair, friendly, insightful. The design team is great and assessed my abilities fairly and cohesively. They were kind and looked for a connection beyond just work ethic. They saw my past work, checked my interests and we even discussed potential plans for digital marketing I had come up with. However after I accepted the offer and asked them to sign my OPT form (which is 5 min job done for free) they terminated my contract with zero reasoning. I would not recommend anyone talented to waste their time with a place that could care less about you.
