I applied online back in April based on an internal referral and the position had been filled weeks ago and not updated on the website. Based on that referral had a great phone interview and was told to re-apply for another position and was immediately auto rejected. The associate that referred me even checked into HR and they told her they would contact me in a couple of days - they never did. Seems like a disorganized hiring structure run by AI rather than people.
