I wasn’t aware I was interviewing when I met one of the owners for drinks on 2025, but after I spotted a flaw in his logic it quick became more of a testing process than I expected. Frustrating, because I wasn’t really looking for the job he wanted to put me into. I felt like several questions I needed answers to were not properly addressed. The process was frustrating and felt like it went on forever. I also felt like this owner borrowed heavily from the creativity of others, without necessarily crediting or remunerating them properly. I didn’t feel like I would have the creative control I need in my own life working for this individual.
