I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. First of all they offer a very low salary compared to industry standard payscale, CEO said they will take 10 days trial period before the final selection, and they won't pay anything for 10 days, i agreed and went on my first day of trial period and i received worklist for the 10 days trial period task, it was very confusing because i put to work for their current projects and everything was emergency work another side HR Insisting me to spend time with their employees and Dogs, next day another employee is shouting at me for the delay of the work, who will understand your client on the first day of the work? another thing is, the worklist so long it takes minimum 1 month to complete, 2nd day evening around 8 O'clock they gave physical task saying that i need to make a tyre chair and paint it nicely, i realised that they were not taking any interview they just wanted someone to finish their pending emergency works for free.
