The process was long! I spoke with a recruiter who then set me up to speak with the VP of marketing. I spoke with the VP it went well, I was told I should expect an assignment. I don’t hear anything for a few weeks I reach out. They say oh forget the assignment you will meet with the Art Director, it went well, she was very nice. I don’t hear anything for a week. I reach out again, I get told by HR to hold on. I wait another week, I get told by HR to hold on they are figuring out when I can speak with the CEO. I wait another week and I see they reposted the position on a job board. I reach out again, and I am told I am still in consideration but they wanted to source more resumes. Finally two weeks later I am told they are no longer moving forward with my candidacy. Everyone I spoked to who worked at Graf Lantz was great. The 3rd party recruiter they use was awful and disorganized.
