I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by a second interview with another associate. Both interviewers were friendly and asked thoughtful questions. While the interview experience itself was positive, the overall candidate experience was not. I followed up afterward and was completely ghosted. After investing time in two interviews, I would have appreciated at least a rejection letter. Being ghosted felt disrespectful and left a negative impression.
