Friendly and useful - we had a tour of factory as well as interviews with prospective line manager and other members of the team, good intro to the business across different departments.

Entrevista
Interview process ended up being 8 individual interviews by the end. Three being virtual and 5 in person. There is no real preparation offered, and the site interview was described as an interview and a site tour. This actually consisted of 4 competency based interviews and a 'site tour' interview.
For anyone familiar with the Amazon, they have almost copied the 'leadership principles' and asked questions based on them. At least Amazon give you preparation material and give you an understanding of what to expect.

Entrevista
First stage with HR went well and then second interview with the PM went good. However after the second interview got ghosted and never heard anything back. Even after chasing from HR for feedback i heard nothing, so waste of time clearly.
