In short don't waste your time. Interview process was over the course of a month. Phone interview was first. Second interview was scheduled as an in person interview. To my surprise I found it was a 4+ hour "test" shoot. I had no knowledge or briefing of this of this so we rescheduled. I was told I would be compensated for my time for the shoot and edit. A week later I did the "test shoot." Met the team, filmed a full video, took the footage home to edit for social with graphics. I Was told I did a great job, team was happy to have me on board, Almost put in my two weeks with my current employer when they retracted the offer. Didn't get an answer as to why for a week. They simply said, "We're going in a different direction." They then posted the ad listing again and I never heard from them again nor did I get compensated for my work.
