My only interview was laid back and began by a store tour. I did not need to prepare for this interview at all. It appeared to have little to no structure and all it consisted of was chatting to another human being. HOWEVER, I would not suggest going in unprepared. The second store that I worked at required and interviewee to interview with 2-3 managers. Each store is different and every manager is looking for different criteria for their store.
