First round of interview was from with the internal recruitment manager and that was fine. Moved onto the second round of interviews which was with the hiring manager, she had her camera off during the interview which made things awkward and then she took a call mid interview and didn’t apologise for it and left me on hold.

Far too lengthy. Had to go through 5 stages and for a role which isn't a C suite position that does seem like overkill. At some point you end up just repeating yourself to different people.
