Short after I applied for the interview, HR contacted me scheduling a interview to explain the interview process and talk about the company. Short after, HR scheduled the next interview.
There were 4 video conference meetings:
1 - Interview with HR
2 - Technical Interview
3 - Technical interview w/ coding
4 - Team Leader interview
HR was very professional and pleasant with me. I never waited for too long after an interview to receive a feedback, even considering I didn't say I could have time restrictions.
Most technical questions were basic computer science concepts, with some more advanced concepts mixed in the middle. The team leader, on the other hand, asked be about advanced stuff related to the job role they had, and about my resume.
I confess that I did the mistake of googling the team leader before my interview with him. I got a little intimidated by his publications... ;D
In general everybody that I talked was very nice and professional with me. However, the impression that I had is that they do have very high standards for contracting new employees and you have to excel on the basic questions as well as the advanced ones in order to pass.
