The first round is a google forms to fill Following that there are two rounds of virtual interviews, one behavior (or problem solving) and one technical. Before the interviews there are virtual call you can attend to know more details about the interviews. They also send you resources to help you prepare.

This is the second time i deal with Google cloud recruitment team, I have no reviews on the interviewers as they were all so helpful and nice. The recruitment team decides not to proceed with my application even though i was in the second interview stage and they got in touch with me 2 months ago to schedule the next interviews, I sent them my availability and then they literally wasted my time. After I chase them countless time they said they decided to proceed wiht another applicant which is bizarre as there was a couple more interviews i had to do for stage 2. Even so, have the courtesy to update the applicant instead of making them wait for 2 months for a response. Google is a big company I don't know why they have the most incompetent recruitment team
