When I arrived I was taken to the manager's office where I was greeted. I was asked some basic questions like past experiences since I was a mechanic 20 years ago they told me that most managers were techs in the past. They like having managers that were previous techs since it can help with understanding and explaining to customers how everything works and not look like you don't know anything. I think the interview went well.
