Applied online and received an email from HR the next morning. Set up time with HR for phone interview. Completed a Phone interview. HR called next day to set up onsite interview. Onsite interview and tour of the facility.
El proceso en Goodyear inicia con una solicitud online, seguida de un filtro telefónico. Continúa con entrevistas técnicas y conductuales con gerentes para evaluar competencias, culminando con la selección final.

The preview process is overall very Nice, and the questions are about the average difficulty. Interviewer gave super clear communication and they are friendly people. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process very much.
