Really great spoke on the phone first and than met in person and took a walk around to see what the job entailed, the manager asked very simple and basic questions made sure you knew all the information pertaining to the job to the company.
Asked why I wanted to be a manager. Asked if I understood the demands of the job. It was a great learning experience. I was asked how to move up to team lead 2

It was a good one, Hiring was very swift, good response time, quick questions, explanatory, easy access, good description, not too bad, expected good. Got good. Answers are wide, it was great
