You need to fill out an application (either online or in person) and then wait to be called. If called you go in for one interview, unless for manager it could turn into two. Must pass drug test and background check. They are an employer who do hire with a record depending what it s.

What are your best and worst qualities. That can be hard to answer about yourself.
It was very Easy question being ask and it was personal not to critical. You go through a recruiter first, than schedule interview, then if hired you attend training at the corporate office
Fairly simple, very kind group of people. I had a typical phone interview, video interview and then onsite interview. Onsite I was asked basic questions and toured the work area.
They seemed unorganized and not prepared for the questions I asked of them. Much of the time was spent with really basic questions that weren't senior-level management. It was cordial and nice enough.
