Applied online and received a call a day later asking me a few questions and for an interview later that day. Interview was short -- asked me a couple simple questions and then told me I got the job.
It felt just like having a genuine conversation with my manager—warm, open, and welcoming. The experience was comfortable and engaging, and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone seeking a positive, friendly interaction.
It was pretty cool place to work for a first job, management was cool and the other employees as well. Some times you get swamped with donations, but you catch on quick.

The interview went well the managers where easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable with policy's of the company. Very friendly and welcoming. The benefits are good. And you get paid to help your community .
