I applied on LinkedIn and heard back quick. I then had a video call with the recruiter and it went very smooth! She explained what led her to join Goodway, asked questions about my background, and explained the culture. She’s also a past employee of another company I worked for which is just another reason I would want to join Goodway Group. After the recruiter call I also appreciated the call I had with the hiring manager we had a really engaging conversation.

They put candidates thru personality DISK assessment test, that test for many qualities they claim they need in their performers. Looking for triats that will show a rep can turn on a dime, adapt to changes... So lots of happy people who all get along b/c their similar in personality.
