The interview process with Percent has been great. The amount of thought and transparency put into the interview process is admirable. Each of the team members present on the interviews have been very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The interviews have been conducted in a very structured manner and each interview's purpose and content was clearly stated since the beginning. Maybe the only downside has been that the process, despite of being quick, it has been long. I have gone through 7 different interviews where I have met many different team members (from HR to the founder)
