Goodbay had a fantastic – efficient - interview process. The first two interviews were over the phone. One was a screening interview and the second was with the hiring manager. After that, there was an online personality test. The third interview was in person with the hiring manager and other members of the leadership team. Everyone I met along the way was super professional and passionate about the company. They all understood their mission and the direction they wanted to take. They have put a lot of thought into what they are trying to accomplish and are super enthusiastic about their work. They were clear at each step in the process – and very decisive on moving things forward. A great interview experience!
