I had a phone call and then two in person interviews which were mentally draining, it started with just regular questions and then you would have to demonstrate teaching a client and then he would go back to the room for more questions which by that time you’re pretty tired

Very streamline good interactions with recruiter. Was very professional from 1st interaction to attending the interviews in person.
Process starts with a phone screen' then an in person interview.
