I had a first interview with the recruiter and that was ok. A structured conversation and professionalism. I passed to the second interview with the Head of Design. The interview was very organic and had good vibes and felling, she asked me lots of questions and I also had time to ask. She told me I would have some new few days later. After two weeks without news I connected the company but I didn't have response. After one month I had a generic message explaining that they had selected other candidates that were a better match for the role. I think it is not very respectful not replying to candidates when asking for the state of the candidature. After two interviews I guess the minimum is to give a little of feedback around why I didn't continue on the hiring process. These little things tell a lot of the things going behind the company culture.
