It was a very quick process. I was contacted by the company's recruiter with an offer. I was already interested in working at GoodData for a while, so I accepted to go to the interview. The interview was conducted by two team leaders. There were questions on previous experience (of course) and a discussion about a solution to a real issue the team currently had. Also there were some chitchat about programming languages, technologies, IDEs, Java 8 features, etc. The whole process took about an hour and I enjoyed it.
